Way behind other CMS platforms. Nothing that truly differentiates their platform from other we’ll know CMS platforms. Archaic code base. Customer outages. Struggling for new logos

Minimal lead volume therefore leading to not hitting quota. Sales management is not effective in the sales role or strategizing on ways to attack the market, therefore leading to not hitting quota.
