comp structure changes frequently. Quota fluctuate throughout year, but get really high and stressful at peak season. You work hard to hit targets, have to be able to grind. Be prepared to take after hour demos in order to hit target

Still new to the company but they have an excellent training regiment with the enablement team. The training is comprehensive and helps for all sales experience levels. Some other hires didn't have closing experience, and some did. The training has helped me get familiar with the company, product, market and industry.
