Former Employee Average. Overall frontline managers and colleagues were collaborative and supportive for reps, however frequent changes in senior leadership made it difficult to maintain high performance on the team overall for more than 1.5 years at a time. Changing team strategy and format (ie. SDRs & AEs, Full cycle no SDRs, SDRs for inbound only) regularly stunted the success of the team overall. This is a role where you had to be flexible and move fast. Unfortunately sometimes that led to unexpected layoffs and transition in roles. Overall though, great product market fit, great company culture and collaboration just not always the budget/performance to support the growth in headcount that was often pushed for. Autonomy as a rep to be successful and to have your voice heard when feedback is needed. Browse Other Reviews
