Bad - stay away from this org. Terrible leadership, and no transparency. Comp plan has changed 5 times in one year with little to no explanation of why or how it works.

Overall frontline managers and colleagues were collaborative and supportive for reps, however frequent changes in senior leadership made it difficult to maintain high performance on the team overall for more than 1.5 years at a time. Leadership is frankly clueless. They change comp structure on a whim, seemingly with no reason for it (other than to pay less). They rarely have sales experience and are glorified salesforce reports. They don't add any value to the team, and only create more work for reps.
