Probably the best company to work in that's based in India. The culture here is so relaxed, no log in no log out times. High base compensation with good incentive structure that pays out MONTHLY. Product is great and can win 90% of competition deals based on quality, availability and feature set. The only downside is - slow appraisal/promotions/monetary growth.

The org is steadily declining from world class to regular run of the mill. Hope leadership learns from mistakes and course corrects soon. Otherwise it will be hard to attract top talent.
