Probably the best company to work in that's based in India. The culture here is so relaxed, no log in no log out times. High base compensation with good incentive structure that pays out MONTHLY. Product is great and can win 90% of competition deals based on quality, availability and feature set. The only downside is - slow appraisal/promotions/monetary growth.

Mostly focused on serving the midmarket as a result,focus on Enterprise is lacking, strong platform play, but that will take a while to impact performance. Very siloed sales management.

It was good overall. At the time, culture was good and lead flow was decent. I was able to consistently hit 80% of my quota every quarter.
