One of the best cultures I’ve been apart of and have amazing executive sponsorship. The board is very aggressive thus giving us high/almost unattainable quotas, but direct management is aware of that and sympathizes with the reps. Very good product fit as it is tied to compliance and roadmap is solid. Comp is good imo for the role. Flexible PTO that is encouraged to be used. Biggest flaw is inbound leads. I have gone 4 months without a hand raiser/inbound lead. Going through a lot of growing pains right now, especially with the channel. But in a years time I can see that this company will grow exponentially.

Terrible management with a nepotistic CEO. Management has a no strategy and product is failing with no development. Unrealistic growth goals and the leadership team that likes to short change sells people. If you want a good career and you're a talented sales person, find a job elsewhere because you will be doing yourself a disservice by working at this organisation.

The reviews are accurate. Unique and decent product offering with good people across the org, but it's somewhat perceived as a nice to have vs necessary. Crowdsourced security is still growing in terms of an approach and is not mainstream yet, but growing.
