Current Employee The reviews are accurate. Unique and decent product offering with good people across the org, but it's somewhat perceived as a nice to have vs necessary. Crowdsourced security is still growing in terms of an approach and is not mainstream yet, but growing. Unfortunately on the GTM side of the house, it's a total disaster right now and seems to have been since the new leadership took over. Hardly any inbounds. 0 SDR and marketing support. You're on an island and for vast majority of territories (75% +), achieving quota or even getting remotely close is impossible under current goal structures and lack of support. Lots of the issues have been expressed internally but really 0 changes have been made. Likely because CRO in particular is quite ruthless and seems to be unaware of the real problems/unwilling to hear the feedback. Everyone walks on eggshells around him. Firings and turnover is very high on the GTM side and seems to have been a cycle the last 2 or so years. Browse Other Reviews
