Terrible management with a nepotistic CEO. Management has a no strategy and product is failing with no development. Unrealistic growth goals and the leadership team that likes to short change sells people. If you want a good career and you're a talented sales person, find a job elsewhere because you will be doing yourself a disservice by working at this organisation.
