Current Employee -More people get put on a pip than promoted
-It’s fine to them though cause they will just keep hiring. -Be a top performer or be forgotten
-Leadership is unapproachable and always seems to want what is best for their part of the business not the entire company.
-Everyone is aware of what is happening except the exec team. Hell I even heard and Sdr say yeah “I’m out of here in a few weeks anyways” already expecting to be replaced. It’s not to say the talent hired is really crushing it, but most people don’t have the support they need. And if they previously did have the support they don’t anymore cause they just hire more people without fixing anything.
-Again there is absolutely no career path and very few benefits.
-No promise has ever been kept by leadership
-Anytime they get something right they just change it so nothing is consistent.
-They have been tone deaf to the fact that nobody works a full week in office anymore. They bought a whole additional office just for maybe 4 execs that use it when they feel like it. LOW morale, everyone unhappy and probably looking elsewhere.
