Early days it had great culture and pay. Now the company is saturated with middle management that are just there to absorb status and equity without contributing to success. Leadership has zero integrity. Pay was good and people were buying product but they consistently pull back the commission every-time sales does well. Dropped OTE by $40k last year.

4 months into Buildops and I can tell I have found my home. The product has an amazing market fit and the ROI is unmatched. Everyone wants to win and is willing to help at any time. We are going to explode and be a household name in Construction Software.
