BuildOps has an extremely powerful and intelligent team with a best in class product with an insane market fit. I love working here and there is no other company I'd rather work for right now. We move fast and you have to be able to adapt quickly and be self-motivated to succeed here. There are tons of growth opportunities and everyday is new and exciting. Working at a hyper-growth unicorn is an experience everyone in SaaS should try if fortunate enough to have the opportunity at some point in their career.

The OTE and attainment here are way outdated. No one is happy here anymore. Only a couple people hitting quota. Territories are extremely unevenly split. Half of us don't have SDR's. We're all paid below market rates. Many people looking to leave... scary future in store
