The OTE and attainment here are way outdated. No one is happy here anymore. Only a couple people hitting quota. Territories are extremely unevenly split. Half of us don't have SDR's. We're all paid below market rates. Many people looking to leave... scary future in store

A lot great people in the organization, definitely a lot of things to improve upon seems to be a hire and fire culture and favoritism that plays into.
