My overall experience was good for 4 years as I was learning as a sales person. They do well at coaching and there are a lot of great people in the company willing to help! The con of Bullhorn is they pay well under the average for a tech sales role and you take on a whole lot of responsibilities. Great place to work, poor to make real money.

Overall experience is positive. Bullhorn is an industry leader with a sales-led culture. Challenges in the target market have made it tough for sales reps to hit quota and pressure from customers has made it more challenging for CSMs to deliver the outcomes customers are looking for.
