Many changes to the comp plan that were often not communicated until they were in place made for an environment that was not what it could have been. I've always been excited about the service we provide and how it can benefit the customer.

Culture is a big positive and you have the opportunity to speak with business owners/executives, which teaches you a lot of account management. Internal promotions are rare and time in the seat seems to be the most important. Moving Targets and seasonality plays a big impact on commissions.
