Current Employee The company began on a strong note. The CEO is passionate about making a genuine impact, the technology is top-notch, and there is a clear product-market fit. The culture, up until 2021, was also commendable.
However, decisions were made to expand the sales force by more than double in a very brief period. This rapid expansion led to an unexpected challenge: there weren't enough accounts for everyone to handle, resulting in missed targets for several months.
Rather than downsizing, the management opted to let natural attrition balance things out.
