The company has been transitioning from mid-market to enterprise in its GTM strategy. The opportunities are getting larger but also slower. There have been a lot of initiatives introduced - some work some don't but the changes are rapid and leadership is fairly realistic about expectancies. Highly technical field so works better if you have a background in that world.
