Spend over 10 years at CDW UK, some very good people in the organisation but senior management are very out of touch. Seems like a lot of the growth goals were missed.. The focus seems to be on shareholders, customer and employees come much lower down in the priority list.

This firm truely believes that cost cutting to the bones is the only strategy and do not believe in paying employees at fair market in high cost living city eg San Francisco.
