Great place to start your career. Largest IT VAR in the US. Allows to get a grasp on a wide set of technologies, businesses, and types of customers. Also allows you to learn about different types of sales cycles for hardware, software, and services. Poor base salary, uncapped commissions, good culture. Hybrid work, pushing for more in office

After 3 years your base salary goes from $35,000 down to $25,000 and you pay a draw of $2,000 a month to work there. You only get paid commission if you hit a combined 80% attainment of your Rev and profit goal every month. Stay far away from this company.
