I really like the people I work with, we have a steady inbound flow that keeps the sales team busy. There is a lack of clarity of product fit and where we are going in the future. Most of our close lost opportunities are due to the product not working. Goals are set where the best reps only hit 100% and even the good ones only get to 80%. Overall, its a good company but the goals are not based in reality and the product is holding us back from success.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at CData, but there was nothing that was able to keep me around towards the end of my time. No upward mobility or opportunity to grow in the company, after a couple of promises. Great data access solutions. Poor GTM strategy and non-existent sales leadership for direct sales. Extremely immature company but great solutions. OEM business is strong. Direct Sales is rudderless. Once addressed would recommend to peers.
