Quota attainment has dropped drastically and this is due to changes in the global economic environment. At some point management may come to a realization that the original crystal ball may have been a bit cloudy and adjustments may be in order.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at CData, but there was nothing that was able to keep me around towards the end of my time. No upward mobility or opportunity to grow in the company, after a couple of promises. I really like the people I work with, we have a steady inbound flow that keeps the sales team busy. There is a lack of clarity of product fit and where we are going in the future. Most of our close lost opportunities are due to the product not working. Goals are set where the best reps only hit 100% and even the good ones only get to 80%.
