Former Employee Overall, my experience was not great. The best part of the job was my colleagues, who were supportive and enjoyable to work with. Unfortunately, the company culture felt very cliquish, where long-tenured employees were consistently given the best opportunities.
Training and management were poor, and quotas were often unattainable due to how territories were divided. There was a noticeable amount of favoritism, and many of the individuals promoted into management lacked the necessary leadership skills. This contributed to extremely high turnover, as new employees received little to no support in developing or finding success.
Even with hard work, advancement opportunities were limited, and the lack of structure and guidance made it very difficult to succeed. Leadership and training were weak, expectations were unrealistic—especially for newcomers—and the overall environment was discouraging.
I would not recommend joining this company at this time, as they are still dealing with lawsuits from their biggest competitor and continue to set unrealistic goals for new employees, often assigning them the weakest territories in the organization.
