Former Employee1.1Aug 4, 2023It is truly the worst run sales org in the space. Leadership constantly moves the goal posts and lies to the team.

Former Employee4.3Jan 18, 2024I actually loved the remote, pretty much all inbound work at Calendly. The product is amazing and helps sell itself. Leadership in sales was hit or miss and I believe they generally over hired in the last year, as they just had another round of layoffs. It got hard to hit quota when goals were too high and pipeline too low.

Former Employee1.6Jan 11, 2024This is truly the worst run sales org I have ever seen. Trying to pivot from PLG to SLG was a failure. They finally cut the CRO and the pathetic middle managers, but not before two rounds of layoffs to the sales org.

Former Employee2.7Jan 22, 2024General feeling of the rest of the company not understanding what sales does and the value it can bring to the organization. Lots of time spent on very, VERY, small deals.
