Our sales team is not compensated very well when comparing to industry standards. There are other AEs on my team that have higher OTEs than me but having a conversation around getting a better OTE here is impossible. They have lowballed new AEs brought onto the team to take advantage of the market conditions. Nice thing is having a team goal, which takes the pressure off a bit.

Lots of potential but revolving door with leadership and each new leader does a fruitbasket turnover instead of trying to isolate issues and optimize existing structure, processes, people etc.
