My experience at CallMiner was relatively brief (9mo) but overall positive. It is a bit of a dated company in my opinion, in terms of product, team, and pace of play, definitely would not consider it "cutting edge." There is however a good team environment and culture, and the product does work well and add value to organizations. Not the most exciting place in the world, but stable and reliable.

I had a great time at CallMiner for the most part until they downsized the team for cheaper labor (which turned out to not be as productive as the original team)
