CallRail is toxic as hell. Managers are definitely leveraging the fear of layoffs. a company wide meeting where a person referred to people as resources and said that he believes "We could do with a few less resources." I don't work there anymore, and I wish I could tell you it was because I saw red flags and quit, but unfortunately....
