My overall experience at this organization was a pretty positive one. The culture was very competitive but fair. When COVID-19 happened, the printing market took a big hit, prompting my departure from the industry. I enjoyed my time at CSA and gained a lot of valuable experience from this role.

It was ok. The market is saturated and you're often selling your own products against dealers in a price driven market. Expect 3 to 4 years of pure prospecting regardless of existing equipment in field.

I led GTM for Canon's Managed Services Division. Despite closing Canon's largest and most prestigious deals, the 'copier' leadership worked against us constantly. Avoid at all costs, its the 'land of misfit toys'.

CSA seems to be a good company moving forward. But as BDR just expect to never grow and to severely underpaid. Unfortunately this is just a good starting point and nothing else. Do not expect to be promoted to AE because it simply won’t happen. They also laid off 95% of the BDR dept randomly not sure if there will ever bring it back the same way it was.
