Good company, and great people. Copiers are dying so company is pivoting to different products and service and have a pretty good inbound lead flow for copiers

Canon was a great company but as demand for the product reduced, so did the comp structure. We struggle to retain talent and customers are not willing to pay more for a product like a copier due to inflation. Leadership have lacked strategies to combat the shrinking market. Changes in the workforce need to be made but the Japanese do not like the world layoff....Read More

I led GTM for Canon's Managed Services Division. Despite closing Canon's largest and most prestigious deals, the 'copier' leadership worked against us constantly. Avoid at all costs, its the 'land of misfit toys'.

I really enjoyed the local office that I was assigned. The quota was manageable, and I exceeded quota almost every year that I was at Canon. I made multiple President's Clubs. I left due to the low base salary. If they had a much higher base salary, probably would still be there today.
