Mediocre at best, nothing done for their employees moral. No outings and social event or any event for that matter. Low base pay only perk is hybrid environment which might change soon.

I led GTM for Canon's Managed Services Division. Despite closing Canon's largest and most prestigious deals, the 'copier' leadership worked against us constantly. Avoid at all costs, its the 'land of misfit toys'.

Training is minimal to none. They give you tons of videos to watch during your ramp up period but since it's not taught in an engaging way, nobody actually pays attention to the content. Canon was a great company but as demand for the product reduced, so did the comp structure. We struggle to retain talent and customers are not willing to pay more for a product like a copier due to inflation. Leadership have lacked strategies to combat the shrinking market.
