Former Employee Awful company. The CEO does not care at all about product-market fit. He recently changed the global holiday scheme, so people have predetermined breaks in August and Christmas, regardless of their family needs, location, or preferences. He pretended to listen to input, with 400+ people being really negative, but went ahead anyhow. He changed comp globally in our pro services teams, who we depend on for delivery of Openstack, and many of them left when they were re-levelled. He unilaterally makes decisions without input, and I think even his VPs don't have any influence. He treats the company like his own toy train set to do social experiments on. Omg I nearly forgot the 360 review process twice a year, which effects your potential for promotion, sideways moves and even relocation! It's so stupid, not even your manager can override a bad rating. The worst sales culture. Browse Other Reviews
