Canonical is a great company to work for especially if you are starting your sales career. The SBDR roles require a lot of travel, which I love, but some people don't enjoy as much. The biggest gripe most people on the team have is the uncertainty around promotions and the rating structure. It's not the worst, but could be better. Hard to plan for the future.

Awful company. The CEO does not care at all about product-market fit. He recently changed the global holiday scheme, so people have predetermined breaks in August and Christmas, regardless of their family needs, location, or preferences.
