Worked at Canonical for 5.5 yrs and thoroughly enjoyed my time working in the US Sales department. Positive, you get to travel the world. Cons, dealing with the bottleneck of the leadership teams

Canonical is a great company to work for especially if you are starting your sales career. The SBDR roles require a lot of travel, which I love, but some people don't enjoy as much. The biggest gripe most people on the team have is the uncertainty around promotions and the rating structure. It's not the worst, but could be better. Hard to plan for the future.

Requires Leadership change to realise full value. Fairly toxic work environment and all decisions are made by CEO.
