Great leaders at my particular store and great opportunity for someone who wants overall cross functional experience selling cars. I don’t believe this is for someone looking to make a lucrative income, it’s not your traditional dealership commission structure. (Over 2 years since employment, things could’ve changed)

Was good, then got worse just like a lot of sales jobs. Outsourced lead finding and split pay in half. More work less pay, and lies from sales managers. A lot of politics and high school drama from location manager

Highly negative, CarMax was decent to start but quickly learned that all the managers care about is hitting their quotas by any means necessary, even if that includes allowing coworkers to cheat the ups system.
