My overall experience here was horrible. I was hired as an SDR but very quickly pushed into an account management role. My pay stayed the same (32K before taxes). I was given no real training, and just expected to learn on the job. I was told many things about my year 2 compensation that ended up being a lie. So incredibly stressful for an incredibly low salary (They dont give comission!!). I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Most team members do not hit our lead quota but we do the work of account execs sometimes and it’s full cycle so it doesn’t always work out. Especially during busy season, people are just quoting nonstop so it doesn’t always make it easy to call. And we have to call individually and not use an auto dialer

The job seems fairly decent, though I am also new to the job so I don’t totally know yet. My issue is that there is no commission objectives and that the base salary seems low compared to other company’s.
