There are some very good people at this company. Unfortunately, I could not handle how enterprise sales is being run. There is nothing motivating about how they try to drive accountability. In fact, I have never felt so demotivated by leadership (not counting my direct supervisor) and culture. What they are doing with internal automation, sales tools, and required data inputs and extra review from sales has broken efficiencies, not improved upon it.
