Current Employee Over the past 1 ½ years, the company has undergone frequent and concerning change that has created a volatile and toxic environment. They have announced a change to our pricing structure for clients that will be disadvantageous for customers. Additionally, the current leadership has undergone multiple HR investigations for ageism/discrimination/harassment (specifically for the Emerging and Majors teams). I would proceed with caution at the moment.
There is limited market knowledge due to rebranding of Dayforce, and there are limited leads. The role requires a strong hunter mentality, mixed with a strategic/value driven sales person.
The Dayforce product is fantastic, especially for hospitality, retail, non-profits/senior living communities, etc. and I do believe in the current product and the vision for the future. Ethical AI is being embedded across the full single HCM platform, and our successful global presence is evident. Browse Other Reviews
