Over the past 1 ½ years, the company has undergone frequent and concerning change that has created a volatile and toxic environment. They have announced a change to our pricing structure for clients that will be disadvantageous for customers. Additionally, the current leadership has undergone multiple HR investigations for ageism/discrimination/harassment (specifically for the Emerging and Majors teams). I would proceed with caution at the moment. There is limited market knowledge due to rebranding of Dayforce, and there are limited leads. The role requires a strong hunter mentality, mixed with a strategic/value driven sales person. The Dayforce product is fantastic, especially for hospitality, retail, non-profits/senior living communities, etc. and I do believe in the current product and the vision for the future. Ethical AI is being embedded across the full single HCM platform, and our successful global presence is evident.
