Current Employee None of the BDR leadership actually know what they are doing. They lack any type of closing experience or even BDR experience. There is absosultyl no training what so ever. My manager does not even know how to use a computer. They constantly lie to you and claim to be transparent but they are not. The comp plan is horrible and no way to actually meet it. Many of the BDR are only there for retirement. There is no career path what so ever to AE because they expect BDRS to be in the position for 10 years for there own benefit. Any Sales leader who have talked to for an AE role recommends leaving the company to get AE training and coming back. The only benefit of working hear is for low stress. Dont come here to be a BDR expecting to promote to AE because its never happened and there is no promotion path metric. If you interview with the BDR leadership they will lie and say you can make "great money" but wont show you a comp plan before you sign.
