Like virtually all vendors, Dayforce use high quotas as a throttling method to limit larger payouts to reps. They're not alone, virtually every company does this. Dayforce is no different

Stay away from this place. The leadership is shotgun approach, continuously changing, and without any meaningful investment in training new reps. Less than half reach close to quota. Leadership is politically focused.
