Former Employee My overall experience here was a mixed bag. It offered relatively decent pay out of college, a lot of career mobility, as well as development. However, the pay structure was incredibly low relative to the deal size and sales cycle of each deal. Product market fit was complex as clients had multi year contacts and multi decades long relationships in place (in many cases), but constantly threatened to part ways due to lack of product performance. Comp structures constantly changed, and when acquisition by Oracle started, job safety was a very real fear for many. Maybe things have changed since the completion of being acquired by Oracle.
