Chainguard has been an amazing experience. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and transparent. Leadership is approachable and cares about both the mission and the people. The product has strong market fit, which makes selling rewarding and impactful. Quotas are fair, enablement is solid, and there’s good alignment across teams. It’s a fast-moving, high-growth environment, but that also means lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Work-life balance is respected, and even though it’s remote-first, the team feels connected. Pros: Great culture, strong product, supportive leadership, big market opportunity. Cons: Things change quickly in a fast-growth company.
