Current Employee This job can have lots of meaning for the right person. There is driving purpose in helping people protect their homes and families by increasing their homes value and their quality of life. Plus helping other reps learn to write their own paychecks checks and build careers so they can protect their own families. This role is only a fit if you dont mind driving a ton, up to three hours per day, and doing multiple 2-3 hours presentations per day for clients in their home, which typically only close 3 or 4 out of 10. This job is extremely challenging, which is why I loved it. And can be very rewarding. However its difficult to deal with all the changes in leadership, and staffing, and rules etc.....
But if done right the science of pursuasion works in this industry and is fun to apply. I'd recommend it for the right person.
