Former Employee Just a terrible place to work in the UK, it's a real shame as most of the staff are wonderful, but there is not a single rep in any team that is achieving target.
Almost ever rep has been on or threatened with a PIP this year and most are leaving as a result.
This is all the result of Insight Partners tripling our price, rebranding, and THEN deciding to rebuild the marketing team. There is no inbound, only the same 80 accounts each year on year.
If you join as a sales rep, expect the dregs that nobody else wanted as a book of business, expect to be treated like a child (group cold calls in front of your manager), and expect a "Coaching Plan" after ramp up.
