Former Employee Working at ChannelAdvisor was my best career move, hands down! I was blessed with supportive managers and worked with smartest and amazing people of my career. As a company, our challenges were consistently delivering solid managed services and a platform that was consistently improving. It seemed like the lack in investment towards services and technology (namely AI and analytics) over the years has caught up, lots of ground to make up. Rithum (ChannelAdvisor/CommerceHub) is a whale in the industry with a lot of reasons to improve and deliver top-shelf products and services, but I did not see that over my last 3-4 years, at the tail end of public, then back to private. If you get a chance to join this organization, it's worth a good look! There is a reason why good reps boomerang back to this company.
