Former Employee 3 rounds of lay offs in the last 10 months, crowded industry, lack of inbound leads, and poor leadership. Good reps and culture at the individual contributor level. You'll end up making about 50% of the variable portion of your OTE. There are better and worse companies to work for. Benefits have been getting stripped away over the last 12 months. I wouldn't recommend, unless you're desperate for employment.
