My lesson here is, no matter who comes in that is new, it's important to leverage relationships and get them to come to a positive conclusion about you early. That matters.

Both for technical ramifications, functional parameter capacity, and client complexity. The CRO, CMO, CPO, and entire sales leadership team have left, been released, or quit in the past 24 months....Read More
