Charles Schwab was a very good company but they have decided to get rid of their sales department and more focused on customer integration from TD Ameritrade. I loved the culture and the leadership but I needed to be more incentivized for selling, whether that be inbound or outbound leads.

Deplorable to say the least. Culture and training were non-existent. Discrimination was eminent. And management including Human Resources were dishonest beyond a doubt.
