Schwab is not what it used to be. They view sales as the biggest expense, so they throw more on your plate to squeeze every dime from you. They constantly move the goal post for leveling up in pay bands. They make it impossible to be hired anywhere else. They own all relationships so your book is not portable.

Deplorable to say the least. Culture and training were non-existent. Discrimination was eminent. And management including Human Resources were dishonest beyond a doubt.

Overall Schwab sales offers a flexiable lifestyle with decent cash comp. Downside is there is little equity value since stock grants are small
