I enjoyed Charter before TWC leadership was brought in. They ruined a string culture, created tension at every turn, and then reduced the sales team to moving cogs in the machine who are locked in to specific zip codes. The current policies at Spectrum severely limit the earning capacity of sellers.

Overall good place to start in sales, be prepared for channel overlap and losing sales to these channels. Base was ok, commission good depending on territory, if you grind you can make it.

Door to door sales was not an ideal position. It was a great place to learn true sales. Grit, determination, work ethic, and a strong mental prowess were developed while walking door to door in the blazing heat.
