I enjoyed Charter before TWC leadership was brought in. They ruined a string culture, created tension at every turn, and then reduced the sales team to moving cogs in the machine who are locked in to specific zip codes. The current policies at Spectrum severely limit the earning capacity of sellers.

Need better leadership. Sales Manager are outdated in sales methodologies. The managers sold during it was time Warner cable and have not stay upto date with today's society.
