I am thankful to Charter for helping me become a sales operations expert. The pay is not enough for a single parent and I had to leave for that reason. I thought my time at charter was great, but my new company has shown me how much better things can be.

Turnover is very high and lower tied leadership is uneven While some reps are making $300K + - they are few and far between and have opportunities for specific projects that are not available to new reps.
