I currently worked in customer solutions( retention) we are base salary of 40 full benefits but really great commission and bonuses the opportunity to make 20 to 40,000 a year extra and commission bonus is a plus but only the top 20% of agents will see that the other 80 will make 12 to 20,000 a year in commission and bonuses
