Hard product to sell in the current market- good company culture but lots of layoffs and not much quota attainment

This company's leadership is lost at sea and do not take feedback from the sales team. We do not have product-market fit. The solution is a premium solution, meaning, we are considerably more expensive. On some occasions, 5x more expensive. Overall this is a very hard product to sell, even for the most experienced reps.
